KARACHI: The Karachi Stock Exchange benchmark 100-index lost 304.63 points or 0.90 percent to reach 33368.09 points and volume of 59,672,890 shares on Monday.

Till midday, the KSE down 0.62 per cent, dropping 207.49 points to reach 33465.23 points level.

Last week, volatility continued as fears of continued selling by foreign investors, further depreciation of rupee, volatile oil prices, sector-specific concerns, and expectations of selling by local CPPI funds continued to deter fresh buying in the market.
