Pak-IMF talks on 7th review today in Islamabad

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan and International Monetary Fund (IMF) will hold final round of talks on 7th review under Extended Funds Facility Programme today.


Finance Minister Ishaq Dar will lead the Pakistani side while IMF team will be headed by Harald Finger.

The two sides have already held week long policy level deliberations on the subject at Dubai.

The successful conclusion of 7th review will enable IMF to release next tranche of five hundred and fifty million dollars after approval of its executive board by late June or early July this year.
