Pak-Iran economic relations need expansion: Jadmani

Pakistan Ambassador to Tehran Nour Mohammad Jadmani has said that Iran-Pakistan economic relations need expansion.

Addressing a meeting to study grounds for economic cooperation between South Khorasan province and Pakistan Birjand he said successful talks between Iran and Group 5+1 have prepared grounds for expansion of bilateral cooperation.

Jadmani said that 1.2 billion dollars is the trade exchange level between Iran and Pakistan, which should reach to five billion dollars considering appropriate conditions.

He said that his country intends to import electricity from Iran for Pakistan’s Balochistan province.
