Action against criminals to continue without any discrimination: Sial

KARACHI: Sindh Home Minister Sohail Anwar Sial says counter-terrorism department of the police will be strengthened.

Talking to media persons after attending passing-out parade at Saeedabad Police Training Centre in Karachi on Saturday, he said the required resources will be provided to the police for dealing with all types of crimes.

Earlier, addressing the ceremony of eighty-ninth passing out parade at the training center, the provincial minister said the police force will be modernized.

He said action against criminals will continue without any discrimination.

Speaking on the occasion, Inspector General Police Sindh Ghulam Haider Jamali said law and order in Karachi has improved as a result of the coordinated efforts of the security agencies.

He said action against terrorists and target killers has produced positive results.
