Anti-corruption department raids SBCA office in Karachi

KARACHI: The team of anti-corruption department on Wednesday raided the office of Sindh Building Control Authority and sought land record over suspicion of massive corruption.


Acting SBCA director Mumtaz Haider and his staff was questioned about some land files. Sources informed that the anti-corruption officials grilled the SBCA team about illegal land allotments in Gulistan-e-Jauhar area and seized some files.

The issue of china cutting also came under the discussion.
