Army’s rescue, relief operation is in progress: ISPR

LAYYAH: Pakistan Army’s rescue and relief operation is in progress in the flood affected areas.

According to Inter-Services Public Relation, over 15000 flood affected people have been evacuated in Layyah and surrounding areas.

Food packages have been distributed and atleast 3250 patients have been treated in Army’s medical camp so far.

In Sadiqabad and Rahim Yar Khan, over 52000 people and 10,1000 livestock have been evacuated to safer places.

Besides this as many as 300 patients have been treated in Army’s medical camp at Chachran Sharif and food packages have been distributed among flood effected people.
