ATC adjourns hearing of MQM leader Amir Khan’s case till Sept 12

KARACHI: Anti-terrorism court in Karachi on Saturday approved MQM leader Amir Khan’s Rs 2 million bail bond and directed the FIA and Sindh Home Department not to stop him from going abroad.

Amir Khan had requested the court to let him travel abroad as he was planning to leave for Saudi Arabia to perform Hajj.

The court has adjourned the case hearing till September 12.

The MQM leader was arrested by Rangers from Azizabad area on March 11 on the charges of providing shelter to target killers and other high-profile criminals.
