KARACHI: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari Tuesday visited the residence of slain Sufi singer Amjad Farid Sabri and expressed condolence with his family.
According to reports, strict security arrangements were put in place ahead of arrival of Bilawal Bhutto in the area.
Large numbers of police, Rangers and BDS personnel were deployed in Liaquatabad leading to the residence of Amjad Sabri.
Amjad Sabri, a famed Pakistani singer, was gunned down in his native area last week on way to a TV studio.
A Taliban group claimed responsibility for the attack, but authorities say it was premature to verify the claim.
