Godil’s condition better than earlier, says doctor

KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) MNA Rashid Godil’s condition on Friday is reported better than earlier.


Liaquat National Hospital’s spokesman Dr Anjum Rizvi said that Godil’s body parts are working self-sufficiently.

He said that Godil’s was put off ventilator on August 20. However, a panel of medics would conduct a thorough check-up of the terror attack victim today.

Earlier, doctors had termed 24 hours to 48 hours critical for Godil’s life.

However, he recovered his consciousness yesterday and wished to see his wife.

Godil also thanked the Almighty for saving his life as he pointed towards the skies.
