Gulistan-e-Jauhar landsliding: IG Sindh orders inquiry over ‘China Cutting’ complaints

KARACHI: Inspector General (IG) of Sindh, Ghulam Hyder Jamali on Tuesday ordered inquiry complaints of ‘China Cutting’ in Gulistan-e-Jauhar landsliding incident.

According to SSP East, there have been complaints of land grabbing in various areas of district East.

SSP said IG Sindh has ordered to conduct an investigation in connection with the plot where these shanties were established.

He further said that it will be ascertained after an investigation as to whether the incident was a natural occurrence or a planned act.
