SIALKOT: In another ceasefire violation along the line of control (LoC), Indian Border Security Forces (BSF) opened unprovoked firing at Working Boundary near Sialkot on Wednesday morning.

As per details, the Indian troops resorted to unprovoked firing and mortar shelling in Pulkhian Sector, targeting several villages including Malbi Jhang, Langot Luni Sari and Bolais.

On the other hand, Punjab Rangers responded befittingly to Indian aggression.

There were no reports of loss of life or property in the latest exchange of fire.

The incident took place a few days after Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif met his Indian counterpart Narednra Modi on the sidelines of SCO summit in Ufa and agreed that officials responsible for security on both sides of the border would meet soon.
