KARACHI: Sindh Member of Provincial, Syed Hafeezuddin, belonging to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) on Friday announced to join Pakistan Sarzameen Party (PSP) formed by former Karachi mayor Mustafa Kamal, NewsONE reported.
“I have decided to support Pak Sarzameen Party and Mustafa Kamal” Hafeez ud Din told the media at Bagh-e-Jinnah.
“I feel that Mustafa Kamal has done a Ph.D on issues being faced by the people of Karachi,” Hafeez said.
Syed Hafeez-ud-Din is the first PTI leader to join Mustafa Kamal’s caravan.
Four MQM MPAs Dr Saghir Ahmed, Iftikhar Alam, Ashfaq Mangi and Bilquis Mukhtar have already joined the PSP.
Speaking on this occasion, PSP leader Syed Mustafa Kamal thanked Syed Hafeez ud Din and other PTI workers for joining his party.
“On behalf of my team and Pak Sarzameen Party, I welcome Hafeez Bhai and his supporters for joining our party,” he said, urging his silent supporters to come out and support his cause.
“We have not come here to get people killed. We are here to promote love and brotherhood,” Kamal added.
