The surrendering militants will also receive Rs 5 lac to 15 lac each other than education, health and other facilities for their children.

Addressing to the ceremony, Lt Gen Muhammad Nasir Khan Janjua said that Balochistan is on the path of progress and prosperity in which the services of our martyrs have a major share.

He also congratulated the surrendered commanders and welcomed them. He urged them to fight for the country instead of fighting against it as the people are their own.

He asked them to feel pride in laying down arms as they have done this before their own people and not in front of foreigners.

He reiterated that armed forces and the nation are ready to sacrifice anything for the sanctity of Pakistan and its national flag.
