ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan on Sunday said a wave of attacks in France will add to difficulties facing Pakistani expatriates.
Speaking at a press conference, he said the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), the interior ministry and the foreign minister have been asked to chalk out a future course of action to help Pakistani expatriates in the prevailing situation.
“Overseas Pakistanis are ours assets and it is incumbent upon us to save them from unnecessary problems.” he said.
The minister said the FIA will have to uproot human traffickers as they were tarnishing Pakistan’s image.
His statement comes a day after militants killed over 150 people across Paris in gun and bombing attacks.
