KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Amir Khan’s bail has been challenged in the Sindh High Court (SHC). Khan’s bail was challenged by Rangers Deputy Superintendent Muhammad Riaz.
The petitioner termed the decision ‘biased’ and contended that the court granted bail to Amir Khan without police file.
He prayed that the verdict of the subordinate court be declared null and void. The two-judge bench, headed by Justice Ahmed Ali Shaikh adjourned the hearing of the petition for indefinite period.
