KARACHI: Sindh Rangers on Monday launched a crackdown on land grabbers, raiding the head office of Sindh Building Control Authority (KBCA) at Civic Center.
According to details, Rangers raided the SBCA office, grilled the employees and checked the record.
Sources said that land worth hundreds of billions of rupees had been occupied by land mafia with the help of SBCA’s officials.
Sources added that land was mostly grabbed in Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Gulshan-e-Iqbal and North Nazimabad.
Later, Rangers impounded important files of land record and left the building.
