PESHAWAR: Senior Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) and Member of Provincial Assembly (MPA) engaged into a brawl over inappropriate use of words while KP Chief Minister (CM) Pervaiz Khattak spectated the whole scenario without uttering a word.

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) backed MPA Babar Saleem carried a motion regarding Department of Information Technology (IT) when Senior Minister Shahram Khan Tarkai found it invasive, got up from his seat and aggressively headed towards Saleem along with Provincial Minister Atif Khan thrashing him badly.

The fight continued in the presence of Pervez Khattak as he found himself helpless resolving the issue.

Other members of the assembly then intruded into the fight and dispersed both the members engaged in physical contact.

The speaker adjourned assembly session until Wednesday.
