LAHORE: Federal Railways Minister Saad Rafique on Saturday said Imran Khan has tried to spread hatred thorough his speeches in election campaign.
Speaking at a press conference, he said: “we are forced to respond when Imran Khan launches personal attacks,” he said, claiming that “tomorrow (election) will put an end to lies and mudslinging”.
He said the PTI chairman levels allegations against MQM and the next day changes his tone if he is to hold a Jalsa in Karachi.
“Imran Khan declared Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain as corruption king and the next day he was shaking hands with him,” the minister said.
He said Imran Khan indulged in “loose talk” against the prime minister when he was laying foundation stone of a power project, and used inappropriate language against the PML-N.
Saad Rafique said the PTI chairman has yet to tell sources of his income, adding that Imran Khan was “derailed” by Sheikh Rashid.
He said the PTI chief should not have entered election campaign.
