KARACHI: Sindh Assembly session once again was held in noisy arguments between Government and Opposition. MQM staged protest over non availability of water in Hyderabad, while Municipal Minister Sindh Jam Khan Shoro leveled allegation that MQM has recruited ghost employees in Hyderabad Development Authority.
Sindh Assembly session was chaired by Speaker Agha Siraj Durrani, during which MQM members started protest in the House against non-avaiability of water in Hyderabad, while MQM members gathered around Speaker’s dice despite speaker tried to silent them.
Meanwhile, Speaker Agha Siraj Durrani expressed anger over MQM members protest, saying that making noise will not resolve the issue, after which speaker left the House.
On the other hand, Sindh Municipal Minister Jam Khan Shoro said over MQM protest, that now there is no rule of stick or bullet. MQM has also recruited political workers in DHA as well just like Water Board, adding that he will not pay salaries to such ghost employees, on which MQM walked out of the House.
