Unmanned PAF’s aircraft crashes in Punjab

CHINIOT: An unmanned aircraft of the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) crashed in Punjab on Thursday, said a spokesman.

The spokesman said there was no loss of life as an unmanned aircraft crashed in Chiniot. The statement didn’t mention name or model of the plane.

The Pakistan Air Force uses Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) as part of reconnaissance missions.

Lately, Pakistan inducted ingeniously built, Burrag, a drone capable of launching missile attacks. Military has used Burraq against militants in country’s northwest tribal region as part of Operation Zarb-e-Azb
