Bangladesh sends Pakistan in to bat in 2nd test

DHAKA: Bangladesh captain Mushfiqur Rahim won the toss and opted to bowl first in the second test against Pakistan starting Wednesday.

Bangladesh made one change to the squad which drew the first test, with Shahadat Hossain replacing fellow fast bowler Rubel Hossain who was ruled out with a side strain.

Pakistan also made one change as left arm spinner Zulfiqar Babar made way for fast bowler Imran Khan.

Pakistan, which is yet to win a match in the tour, must win this match to retain its third position in the ICC test rankings.

Bangladesh: Tamim Iqbal, Imrul Kayes, Mominul Haque, Mahmudullah, Shakib Al Hasan, Mushfiqur Rahim, Soumya Sarkar, Shuvagata Hom, Taijul Islam, Shahadat Hossain, Mohammad Shahid.

Pakistan: Sami Aslam, Mohammad Hafeez, Azhar Ali, Younis Khan, Misbah-ul-Haq, Asad Shafiq, Sarfraz Ahmed, Wahab Riaz, Yasir Shah, Junaid Khan, Imran Khan.
