China-Pakistan Friendship Car Rally leaves for Rawalpindi

GILGIT: China-Pakistan Friendship Car Rally, after its overnight stay in Gilgit, left for Rawalpindi on Saturday morning.

Comprising twenty-two cars with fifty-two persons, the rally was given a warm welcome on its arrival at Gilgit.

Chief Minister Gilgit-Baltistan Hafiz Hafeez-ur-Rehman hosted a dinner in their honour.

China-Pakistan Friendship Car Rally is aimed at highlighting China-Pakistan Economic Corridor and Silk Route.

The rally will pass through main cities of the country till Gwadar and will conclude in the United Arab Emirates.
