ICC issues fresh ODI rankings, Ajmal, Irfan makes into top 10

DUBAI: Australia has further strengthened its 1st slot after convincing 4-1 victory against India in 5 match One Day International (ODI) series as International Cricket Council (ICC) on Sunday has released Fresh ODI rankings.


India, South Africa, New Zealand and Sri Lanka are at 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th position respectively while Pakistan team is way down in list after Bangladesh at 8th slot.

No Pakistani has made it through to the top 10 batsmen in the world, South African AB Devilliers is on top of the list while Indian star Kohli, South African wall Hashim Amla and New Zealand skipper Kane Williamson are on 2nd, 3rd and 4th slot respectively in top batsmen list.

Pakistan magician Saeed Ajmal who is not in the side since 1 and half year is still in World’s top ten bowlers list, also, World’s tallest bowler Mohammad Irfan is in the list with 10th slot.

New Zealand front line pacer Trent Boult will start series with Pakistan as world best bowler while Shakib ul Hassan and Injured Aussie pacer Mitchell Starc is on 2nd and 3rd best bowler in the world right now.
