NAGPUR: Zimbabwe beat Hong Kong by 14 runs in the first qualifying match of the ICC World Twenty-20 here on Tuesday.

Batting first, Zimbabwe were 158 for 8 in 20 overs, in reply, Hong Kong scored 144 for 6 in 20 overs.

Vusi Sibanda named Man of the Match for his maiden T20 internationals fifty.

Earlier, forty-four-year-old Ryan Campbell became the oldest debutant in T20 internationals as Hong Kong chose to chase in the World T20 opener in Nagpur.
