South Africa won the third ODI by 18 runs at Rajkot on Sunday. India scored 252 for six in response to South Africa’s 270/7 in 50 overs. South Africa lead the four-match series 2-1.
South Africa opener Quinton de Kock scored his seventh ODI century to help South Africa reach the score against at the Saurashtra Cricket Association Stadium on Sunday.
de Kock (103) and Faf du Plessis put together an 118-run stand for the third wicket.
But the home bowlers pulled things back to contain the visiting team. Medium pacer Mohit Sharma picked two wickets, while off-spinner Harbhajan Singh, leg-spinner Amit Mishra and left-arm spinner Axar Patel took a wicket apiece.
