Pakistan in sight of win as England reeling on 88-4

LONDON: England were reeling on 88 runs for four wickets when the third day’s play ended in the fourth and final Test against Pakistan here at The Oval on Saturday.

Left-arm fast bowler Wahab Riaz made an early breakthrough dismissing England captain Alastair Cook for seven and later leg-spinner Yasir Shah sent back three batsmen to the pavilion.

Gary Ballance was four not out and Jonny Bairstow 14 not out at stumps.

England need another 126 runs to avoid innings defeat with six wickets remaining when they will resume on the fourth day of the match on Sunday.
