Pakistan to participate in Int’l Kabaddi Championship

FAISALABAD: Pakistan will participate in the International Kabaddi Championship beginning in the Indian city of Faridabad from the 15th of this month.


A spokesman of Kabaddi Association told here on Wednesday that a training camp has also been started at Bohranwali ground Faisalabad for the training of Kabaddi players.

This camp will continue till January 12 after which the Kabaddi team will proceed to India where teams of 12 countries will participate in the International Kabaddi Championship,he said.

Kabaddi coach Shahbaz Ali Bandhesha,Muhammad Tayyab Gilani and Younus Gujjar will also accompany the Kabaddi team during its visit in India,the spokesman said.
