LAHORE: Pakistan won the toss and elected to bat first in 3rd One Day International (ODI) against Zimbabwe here on Sunday, NewsOne reported.
Cricket starved fans packed the 27,000 capacity stadium in the preceding two Twenty20 International matches which Pakistan won 2-0 and in the two ODIs.
After winning the first ODI by 41 runs on Tuesday, Pakistan broke its ODI jinx as it beat Zimbabwe by six wickets in the second match on Friday. With the victory, Pakistan has taken a decisive 2-0 lead in the series.
This is Pakistan’s first ODI series win since December 2013.
