China lauds sacrifices of Pakistan in war against terrorism

ISLAMABAD: Director General, Department of External Security Affairs China Liu Guangyuan called on Prime Minister Special Assistant on Foreign Affairs Syed Tariq Fatemi in Islamabad on Friday.

During the meeting, Tariq Fatemi reiterated the government’s unequivocal resolve to root out terrorism in all its forms.

He also briefed the visiting dignitary about the ongoing military operation Zarb-e-Azb.

Liu Guangyuan acknowledged sacrifices of Pakistan forces in the war against terror.

He expressed complete satisfaction at the ongoing cooperation between Pakistan and China in the field of counter-terrorism.
