Mass graves of suspected migrants found in Malaysia

At least 30 mass graves believed to contain the remains of migrants from Myanmar and Bangladesh have been found in the northern Malaysian state of Perlis, The agencies reported.


About 100 bodies were found in one grave Friday, according to the agencies.

It is still not clear how many bodies have been found, police official told Reuters on condition of anonymity. Earlier in May, Thai police discovered five graves at a second remote jungle camp in southern Thailand, which contained the remains of migrants from Myanmar and Bangladesh.
