Aamir Khan turns 53: A look at ‘Mr. Perfectionist’

The actor, who has done record-breaking films such as Lagaan, Dangal, 3 Idiots, and Rang De Basanti, has turned 53 today.

According to reports, he rang in his birthday with his cast and crew of Thugs of Hindostan, including Fatima Sana Shaikh, Katrina Kaif, at the Mehrangarh Fort in Jodhpur.

The Dangal star made his Instagram debut a day ahead of his 53rd birthday (today). His Instagram account also got verified, after the follower count shot up to over 244k followers and counting within hours.

Actor turned producer, director, television personality, Aamir’s first leading role was in Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak opposite Juhi Chawla in 1988. Actor is well known for his comic timings from Hum Hain Rahi Pyar Ke, Andaaz Apna Apna and not to be missed 3 idiots. Mr Perfectionist has marked a record of giving highest grossed Indian films of all time to the Bollywood fraternity. Ghajini, 3 Idiots, Dhoom 3, PK, and Dangal were his super hit movies.
