On Monday, Prime Minister Mian Mohammad Nawaz Sharif met a high level commission of Swedish Parliament in Islamabad.
During the meeting, PM Nawaz Sharif highlighted the need of regular parliamentary exchanges between Pakistan and Swedish Parliamentarians in order to raise bilateral relations.
“Pakistan and Sweden can nurture the bilateral relationship, particularly in the context of the European Union by collaboration in education and economic sectors”, he added
The Prime Minister also lauded the consistent support of Sweden to Pakistan’s quest for GSP Plus status. He said GSP plus Scheme would help Pakistan to overcome its economic difficulties and will generate business opportunities.
