ISLAMABAD: Former Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif visited Bara Khalu, a populated area of the Capital Islamabad.
This was the first public appearance of the disqualified Nawaz Sharif by the apex court on the pretext for hiding the non receivable salary in FZE Company, located in Dubai.
Hundred of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) supporters rushed to Bara Khalu Islamabad’s area to welcome their ousted leader. He was coming from Murree, and is planned to visit Lahore.
Nawaz Sharif would head the parliamentary meeting of PML(N) in Punjab House, devise political strategy for PML(N), and his arrival to his local constituency Lahore shall be discussed, sources added.
PML(N) has adopted the strategy to present their case in front of the masses, as a political strategy to stay intact. But according to many legal experts, Nawaz Sharif has been disqualified by the Supeme Court, under the article 62 of the constitution, hence could not take part in maneuvering political gatherings, as he is also not eligible to lead the party.
