RAWALPINDI: Seven Major Generals were promoted to the rank of Lieutenant General on Friday, according to the ISPR.
As per details shared by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Pakistan Army has promoted seven Major Generals to the rank of Lieutenant General. Major General Bilal Akbar, DG Rangers (Sindh), also made the list.
Commandant PMA Nadeem Raza, DG W & R Humayun Aziz, DG FWO Muhammad Afzal, IG FC Balochistan Sher Afgan, DG PS Major General Qazi Ikram and MG Naeem Ashraf, who is presently posted at NDU.
Major General Bilal Akbar was praised numerous times by former Chief Of Army Staff Gen. (r) Raheel Sharif for effectively reducing criminal activities in Karachi.
