Pakistan bans Indian movies, other content amid rising tensions

Web Desk: Federal Minister for Information Fawad Chuadhry on Tuesday announced that the Cinema Exhibitors Association has decided to boycott Indian content in Pakistan.


Fawad also said that he has instructed the Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Association (Pemra) to act against advertisements made in India.

Earlier addressing a press conference Director General Inter-Services Public Relations (DG ISPR) Major General Asif Ghafoor rejected the Indian claims of being present inside the Pakistani airspace for 21 minutes during their Line of Control (LoC) breach today.
