Islamabad sit-in: LEAs prepare to disperse protestors as deadline ends


ISLAMABAD: Law enforcement personnel prepared to move in on protesters who have staged a sit-in since the past 12 days in the federal capital, NEWSONE reported.


According to details, Rangers, Frontier Corps and Islamabad police have surrounded the Faizabaad exchange where the sit-in protest is taking place.

According to Newsone, District administration has imposed emergency in all hospitals and asked citizens to stay at home.

The administration further directed that all paramedical staff and doctors ensure their presence during the emergency and increase the stock of medication to deal with any emergency.
