Two killed as gunmen attack NATO trucks in Pakistan’s northwest

Peshawar: Today, an unknown gunmen attacked three NATO container trucks in northwest Pakistan’s restive tribal region close to the Afghan border, killing two drivers and kidnapping two others. The incident took place in the Wazir Dhand area of Jamrud in Khyber Agency when about 45 attackers opened indiscriminate fire at the three NATO containers and subsequently set them ablaze.

Throughout the artillery attack, at least two drivers were killed while two other persons were kidnapped, officials alleged.
