KARACHI: MQM Chief Altaf Hussain and Chief Minister Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah have expressed their sadness and presented condolence to the families, whose loved one has lost their lives.
In a statement issued from London, MQM chief said that the government should take every possible step to protect citizens’ lives and properties, adding that the security arrangements must be ensured.
MQM chief expressed grief over drowning of 12 citizens. Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain Wednesday urged the government to take effective steps to protect citizens’ lives and properties.
Altaf Hussain presented condolence with the families of the deceased and said MQM and its workers are with them and share sorrow and sadness.
Chief Minister Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah has also expressed sadness to the deceased families. He also directed administration to take any precautionary measures including the deployment of rescue guards on the beach. Meanwhile, he also appealed people to avoid to go in water deeply.
