Gandapur was stopping the rigging during LB polls: Imran Khan

ISLAMABAD: Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan on Friday said that PTI leader Ali Ameen Gandapur was stopping the rigging which was taking place during the local bodies elections in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (KP).

Khan complained that Ali Ameen Gandapur was not treated fairly as he was stopping the rigging during the local government polls in the elections.

PTI’s Gandapur was arrested by the law enforcement agencies on charges of rigging the elections.

The PTI Chairman also stated that he will hold the party elections in November this year if the general elections are held in 2018.

“Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) Chairman Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri was also treated unfairly as the involved persons, involved in the killing of his workers, were set free”, Khan added.
