Ghazi’s Murder Case: Musharraf granted exemption for today

ISLAMABAD – A district court in Islamabad granted one-day exemption to former President Gen (retd) Pervez Musharraf in Abdul Rasheed Ghazi murder case on Monday.


The capital city local court heard the Ghazi Abdul Rasheed murder case.

Due to the leave of additional sessions court judge Wajid Ali, court was adjourned without any proceeding.

The court has given day exemption to former president Pervez Musharraf and adjourned the court till September 18,2014.

While on the other hand, the lawyers of former President Pervez Musharraf have already filed two applications of  security threats and illness of Musharraf. In the applications, it has been appealed to the court that IG Police Islamabad should make sure the security of former President on his hearing.
