Hangu – Two school teachers killed in firing

HANGU: On Tuesday, in an incident of firing in the early hours of unknown armed men killed two teachers close to the Government High School in Chasma Jaat area of the Hangu district.


As stated to police, the unidentified attackers were able to get away from the spotlight after the incident.

The station House officer of City Police Station Aslam Khan told that unknown assailants fired at the teachers named Shamim Badshah and Liaqat Ali Khan near Government High School number 1. He said that both the teachers died on the blot.

The northwestern tribal region of Orakzai at hungu borders, one of Pakistan’s seven lawless districts on the Afghan border considered to be the hub of Taliban and Al Qaeda-linked militants.
