Imran terms NAB a joint venture of PPP, PML-N


ISLAMABAD: Chairman Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) on Wednesday said that Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif and Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Co-Chairman Asif Ali Zardari join hands to protect their mutual interest.


Addressing a press conference here Wednesday, Imran Khan alleged that, “Both parties (PPP and PML-N) appointed NAB chairman who is acquitting Nawaz Sharif and Asif Zardari from various cases.”

PTI chairman termed that National Accountability Bureau (NAB) is also their (PPP and PML-N) joint venture.

Imran also called Charter of Democracy (CoD) a ‘collusion’ between ruling PML-N and PPP and said that Asif Ali Zardari does not want to create any trouble for Nawaz government.

Imran went on to say that Nawaz Sharif had also supported Asif Zardari at the time of National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO).
