Indian forces again resort to unprovoked firing near Sialkot

SIALKOT: Indian Border Security Force (BSF) once again resorted to unprovoked firing along the Working Boundary near Sialkot on Friday.

According to sources, the Indian forces opened fire in Chaprar sector around 2:00am, however, no property damage or loss of life has been reported so far.

Punjab Rangers befittingly responded to the Indian aggression.

Firing and shelling across the de-facto border, known as the Line of Control (LoC) in disputed Kashmir and the Working Boundary in Punjab, has been on the rise since last month.

The chiefs of the Pakistan Rangers and the Indian Border Security Force are expected to meet in New Delhi from September 9 to 13 to discuss recent firing incidents and cross-border smuggling.
