On Thursday, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif will chair a meeting of the National Economic Council (NEC) to deliberate over the upcoming annual budget proposals.
Ishaq Dar, Federal Minister of Finance will brief the encounter over the forthcoming budget in which 1310 billion rupees have been apportioned for the annual development program, adding 525 billion for the federal and 650 billion rupees for provincial development plans.
Sources stated, WAPDA, PEPCO and NTDC will invest Rs. 135 billion from their capitals in the development programmed.
