Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) chief Sirajul Haq has offered Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Altaf Hussain a national identity card (NIC) from Peshawar.
“We can solve the MQM problem if the regime is not getting together with him. If he is truly willing to give back to Pakistan, then we can make him an NIC from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa”, said he was speaking to a rally here on Sunday.
Moving forward, JI Ameer demanded of the regime to apportion at least Rs100 billion for the development projects in Karachi.
“We have taken in both democracy and dictatorship in Pakistan, but never a Shariah government”, said he.
