PESHAWAR – Traffic police gunned down

PESHAWAR: On 20th May, a ticketing officer of the Traffic Police was shot dead by unidentified assailants in the Bhanamari locality.

Constabulary stated that Muslim Khan was on his routine duty at Ramdas area jurisdiction of Bahnamari Police Station when armed persons ride on motorbike targeted him.

The cop was taken to the Lady Reading Hospital, but he yielded to his wounds. Investigators pronounced that a 9mm and a TT pistol were used in the attack. . Silencers were also suited to the side arms to enable the attackers to quietly carry out their mission in the busy urban area, stated an officer.

On the ground of full performance, the furtherance of the deceased was also in the offing. The chief minister announced a compensation of Rs 3 million for the martyred police cop and directed to concerned authorities.

For now, three persons assisted wounded when armed men opened fire on a car on the Charsadda Road . They were transferred to the hospital and a search operation was set up to apprehend the assailants.

Chief Minister Pervez Khattak of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa heavily condemned the killing Police Ticketing Officer Muslim Khan. He declared compensation for the brave police Jawan under Shaheed Package whose promotion was also in the offing on the foundation of expert execution.

Pervez Khattak stated that though the total is no alternate to the precious life, however it is a modest attempt to partake in the sorrow and financial problems of the heirs on behalf of regime.
