PM should resign, says MQM chief


KARACHI / LONDON: Reacting over Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s statement, Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain said on Saturday that the PM should resign to safeguard the solidarity of Pakistan.


Addressing the MQM workers via telephone, Hussain said that calling Nawaz Sharif a “friend” was his mistake.

It is to be mentioned that the PM Nawaz Sharif yesterday said “Karachi is shut down even if a fly dies here. This is counterproductive to the economy of the country.
