ATC sends MQM’s alleged target killer ‘Raees Mama’ on physical remand

Karachi: An anti-terrorism court on Tuesday has approved 20 days physical remand of most wanted target killer ‘Raees Mama’ and directed authorities to submit the report in next hearing.


According to Police officials two new cases also registered again prime suspect. Inspector Amjad Yameen has been appointed the investigating officer in the case.

Earlier Police taken custody of most wanted target killer ‘Raees Mama’ at Jinnah international Airport on Monday night as he arrived here from Malaysia, Newsone reported.

Raees Mama was a former sector in-charge of the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) in Korangi. He was wanted for in multiple murders, extortion, and China cutting cases.

Raees Mama a close aide of Hammad Siddiqui the main accused in Baldia Town Factory fire case was arrested by Interpol from Malaysia in Dec, 2017.

He is also said to be the head of the notorious “Target killing cell’ of MQM. During the Karachi Operation, Raees hide in South Africa and Dubai.
