GARHI KHUDA BUX: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairperson Bilawal Bhutto Zardari Wednesday has said that Imran Khan and Nawaz Sharif are fighting for power as these both politicians are hungry for it.
“Nawaz Sharif and Imran Khan intention is just power,” he said while slamming both politicians in Garhi Khuda Buksh on the 39th death anniversary of party founder and former prime minister Zulfikar Ali Bhutto.
He further said ideology of PPP is totally different from Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) as its party (PPP) is working against the system of financial status quo.
“People gathered at Jati Umra and Bani Gala are afraid of PPP,” said Bilawal adding that Shehbaz Sharif did inauguration of incomplete hospital in five years.
Taking a jibe at the PTI chairman Imran Khan Bilawal said, “There is also a third option, the hypocrite with a U-turn. The brother of Taliban.”
Bilawal asked Imran to name any one govt hospital which was built in KPK during PTI’s five year term as PPP built 517 health centers in Sindh.
He said that Zulfikar Ali Bhutto was the one who raised the slogan of democracy, adding that Pakistan was the gift of ‘late Zulfikar Ali Bhutto’.
Bilawal said that Pakistan’s successful foreign policy and Simla agreement, getting consensus on the constitution was an another achievement of late Bhutto.
He said that PPP is still in demand of justice for the judicial murder of Zulfikar Bhutto but as PPP respect judiciary so they didn’t waged war against it.
“PPP has never got justice from the courts, but did we wage war against it. We do raise our voice against it but respect it,” he said.
Earlier, PPP Co-Chairman Asif Ali Zardari alleged that the ruling party spent millions to win a seat from Lahore.
He said that the former prime minister Nawaz Sharif won ‘RO Elections’.
“Nawaz tried to create rift in PPP by naming Raza Rabbani as Senate chairman, will make alliance with other parties to form government but not with PML-N,” said Zardari.
He said that PPP will remain at war with ruling party PML-N.
Today 4t April marks the death anniversary of the former slained Prime Minister, foreign Minister, ‘Quaid-e-Awam’ Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, as 39 years ago he was executed on this very day, which turned out to be the ‘judicial murder’ later confessed by the head judge.
He is honored with the accolade of giving Pakistan a unanimous parliamentary Constitution in 1973, then became the first ever elected Prime Minister of Pakistan.
