Chaudhry Nisar: My stance and suggestion to Nawaz, ‘don’t fight Institutions’

TAXILA: Disgruntled Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) stalwart and leader Chaudhry Nisar on Saturday said he believes the party should not pick a fight with the institutions.

“It is my stance, my suggestion to Nawaz Sharif that we should not move towards fighting with judiciary, state institutions,” he said while addressing a press conference.

Responding to questions about his disagreements with party and its hierarchy, Nisar said that he believes in keeping the matters behind closed doors within party members only.

There was never a thing like a ‘forward bloc’ neither will there ever will be, he added.

The former interior minister also talked at length about his speech on Friday in the National Assembly regarding the  PML-N government’s failure to place the Sharif family on Exit Control List (ECL).

“Certain sections of media did not report my speech properly,” he answered to a query over the situation.

Nisar also reiterated a clarification over Ex-Military General and Premier of the country, Pervez Musharraf’s name being removed from the ECL saying, It was the courts order, we followed it.
